- Professional Information — company and designation details you choose to add for Referral mode.
- Messages — content you send and receive through in-app conversations.
- Device Information — basic technical information such as device type and app version, used for reliability and security.
- Notifications — your notification preferences and delivery tokens used to send push notifications.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. Certain information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including hashed passwords, encrypted connections and short-lived, expiring links for media — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
User Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. You can update most profile information directly in the app, or reach out through our Contact page for anything else.
Account Deletion
You can deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings. Deactivating your account stops it from being used to sign in and removes your visibility to other users.
Children's Privacy
Mingleheart is not intended for anyone under the minimum age required to use the platform in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age.
