You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to create a Mingleheartaccount and agree to these Terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use Mingleheart honestly — providing accurate profile information and interacting with other members respectfully, whether for dating, friendship or referral connections.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, interfering with the app's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

When using Dating mode, treat other members with respect and honesty about your intentions. Mingleheart does not guarantee compatibility, matches or relationship outcomes.

When using Friendship mode, engage genuinely and respectfully. Mingleheart does not guarantee any particular social outcome from using the platform.

Referral requests should reflect genuine professional interest. Mingleheart does not guarantee that any referral request will be accepted, or that it will result in an interview, offer or employment outcome of any kind.

You retain ownership of the content you post — including your profile information, photos and messages — but you grant Mingleheart the license needed to host and display it as part of operating the platform.

The Mingleheart name, logo, app and website (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users
• Posting content that is illegal, fraudulent or infringes on others' rights
• Using the platform for spam, scams or unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or access controls

We may suspend an account while we investigate a suspected violation of these Terms or of the law.

We may terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may deactivate your own account at any time from your profile settings.

Mingleheart is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, friendships, referrals or any particular outcome from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingleheart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including interactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
